Yorkshire Beaten in a Rain- Affected National League Match v Glamorgan 25/5/2025
Yorkshire Phoenix lost their second home NCL Match in a row in a rain affected match against Glamorgan.

Winning the toss gave Glamorgan the advantage in a reduced overs match as they had a known target to chase under the Duckworth/Lewis method. A fine bowling spell by Chris Silverwood who took 4-45 in his 7 overs couldn't prevent Glamorgan easing to victory inside the 32 overs. A huge 6 by Kasprowicz off Craven in the 28th over ended the game.

A good crowd on a showery day saw Darren Gough return to action for the Phoenix.Opening the innings Chris Silverwood made 37, Yuvraj Singh, the new Indian batsman made an impressive 34 and Craven and Blakey put on 26 apiece, but the total of 164 proved an easy target for their visitors.
