Yorkshire ended day 2 v Derbyshire on 203-4 after Derbyshire had been bowled out for 422.

Ryan Sidebottom was the pick of the Yorkshire bowlers taking career best figures of 7-97. Richard Dawson and Anthony McGrath chipping in with one-apiece.

Yorkshire made a slow start to their innings with Wood being caught behind by Sutton off Dean for only 9. Vaughan and McGrath soon settled in making 47 and 61 respectively. Lumb also contributed with 38. Richard Blakey- 21 and Scott Richardson-10 were the men at the crease overnight.
