Australian Damien Martyn Signs for Yorkshire for End of Season

THE REMAINDER OF 2003 SEASON

Yorkshire County Cricket Club are pleased to announce that Damien Martyn, the Australian Test Cricketer, will be joining Yorkshire for the remainder of the 2003 Season. Due to arrive in England on Friday, he will travel to Yorkshire on Saturday.

Yuvraj Singh has been called back to Bangalore in India for an Indian Test camp and will leave Yorkshire County Cricket Club on Friday 29th August, immediately after the current Glamorgan game.

Stephen Fleming, the New Zealand Test Captain, will play his last game for Yorkshire in Sundays National League fixture against Surrey at Headingley. He will then return to New Zealand prior to their imminent Test series against India.
