Derbyshire versus Yorkshire at Derby

1) Yorkshire won at Derby for the first time since 1928 - not as dramatic as it may sound as it is only the fifth Championship match they have played there since then! Yorkshire have now played 29 County Championship matches on the ground, won 17, lost 4 leaving 8 drawn

2) The Yorkshire first innings total of 444 is the second highest they have scored at Derby - exceeded only by 485 for 8 dec in 1928

3) The 5th wicket partnership of 195 between Michael Lumb and Craig White is now a record for that wicket for Yorkshire versus Derbyshire - exceeding the unbroken partnership of 191 between Leonard Hutton and Cyril Turner at Sheffield in 1937

4) The 10th wicket partnership of 96 between Craig White and Steven Kirby is know a record for that wicket for Yorkshire versus Derbyshire - exceeding the 62 between Schofield Haigh and David Hunter at Derby in 1895

5) Craig White’s 173* has been exceeded for Yorkshire at Derby only by the 192 by J T Brown in 1899

6) Ryan Sidebottom’s 6 for 38 is the best for Yorkshire at Derby since Abe Waddington took 7 for 31 in 1922
