YORKSHIRE BEAT DURHAM TO AID THEIR PROMOTION CHANCES IN THE TOTESPORT LEAGUE 6/9/2024

Yorkshire won a tight mid-table clash at Scarborough against Durham.

The visitors were put into bat and made 178 for nine off 45 overs with England bowler Matthew Hoggard taking three wickets.

Skipper Matthew Wood (46) and Rich Pyrah (42) were the top scorers for Yorkshire and the lower order led them to a tense three-wicket victory by helping the team reach 181 for seven.
