Yorkshire Chairman Bowled Over

Keith Moss Yorkshire's Chairman has been re-elected to the ECB Discipline Standing Committee for a further two year period.

This appointment follows the very prestigious award he received on Friday from the Bradford Cricket League when at their annual presentation evening he received the Sir Leonard Hutton Trophy for services to cricket with the Pudsey St Lawrence Club where he was elected Cricket Chairman in 1978, Club Chairman in 1980 and President in 1996. The citation reads that the Trophy shall be presented to a person who has rendered valuable service to Bradford League cricket and has displayed outstanding qualities of leadership and personality.

The coveted award was made in front of 300 guests by League President Albert Smith, who paid tribute to Moss's commitment to St Lawrence along with his work as County Chairman.

Moss said he was honoured with the award and particularly proud because the award was named after his great hero Len Hutton.
