Yorkshire County Cricket Club's second eleven have been drawn at home to Somerset in the semi-final of the Second Eleven Trophy (50 0vers) and will play the match at Scarborough CC on Monday 6th August at 11am.

Yorkshire topped the Northern Group with seven wins with some fine performances from the younger players. Chris Taylor (20 years old) scored 134 against Notts. while John Sadler (19) made 83 against Durham.

The other semi-final is between Surrey and Middlesex with the final scheduled to be played on Monday 3rd September.
