Yorkshire put up a brave fight in their Vodafone Challenge Series match against the West Indies, but it was to no avail as they lost the match by 10 wickets.

With most of the First XI rested, Yorkshire had to battle against West Indies first team regulars such as Courtney Walsh and Jimmy Adams.

However, it wasn't all doom and gloom for Yorkshire as Lesroy Weekes put in an outstanding bowling performance by taking 6 wickets for 56 runs off 23 overs, 10 of which were maidens.
