Yorkshire CCC challenge you to boost your fitness by joining an innovative new club exercise and fitness course.
This month Yorkshire CCC set out on its mission to improve health awareness throughout the county by launching its 'Sport for Life' course.
Furthermore, the Club has agreed that 1000 FREE PLACES (usually 175.00 per person) will be given to Yorkshire CCC members and supporters.
'Sport for Life' is for people over the age of 16 wanting to become involved in any type of sport, exercise and fitness. It is aimed at improving performance and gaining a real understanding of latest exercise and fitness techniques - many used by our own professionals here at Yorkshire CCC.
The course is based on highly successful methods used by professional sportsmen and women across a number of sports, not just cricket. At the end of the course participants will have created themselves a planned exercise programme that will make them fitter, healthier and more able to cope with the demands of whichever sport or lifestyle they choose.
Those successfully completing the course will receive a formal qualification: "The Foundation Studies in Exercise Certificate" a qualification from a nationally respected awarding body and a fitting addition to any CV.
Yorkshire CCC will also host a special Graduation Ceremony at Headingley for those who successfully complete the course, attended by both players and management.
To ensure you don't miss out on this fabulous FREE Club offer, call the Club Office on 0113 278 7394 to receive a course leaflet, but remember you will have to be quick as FREE places are strictly limited to the first 1000 applications.
